Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting on behalf of a national housing developer for experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to join their Customer Care team. This role involves carrying out remedial and finishing works in occupied homes, ensuring excellent workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Duties:

• Attend scheduled appointments in occupied properties to complete snagging and remedial tasks.

• Deliver high-quality finishes across multiple trades, including:

  • Carpentry (doors, skirting, kitchens).

  • Basic plumbing (leaks, taps, sealant).

  • Patch plastering and painting.

  • Minor tiling repairs.

• Work respectfully and professionally within residents' homes.

• Accurately report completed works and escalate any complex issues.

• Represent both the developer and Acorn by Synergie with professionalism.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a multi-trade or snagging role, ideally within housebuilding or property maintenance.

• Strong customer service skills with a polite, respectful approach.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Own tools required.

• Full UK driving licence (van provided for the right candidate).
