They repair, replace, and reconnect the devices people rely on every day. Behind every seamless customer experience is a powerful logistics network - and that's where you come in.

This role supports the mobile repair fleet, ensuring every van is road-ready and mission-ready. If you're organised, tech-savvy, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly, this role puts you at the heart of a high-tech operation.

Key Duties:

  • Travel to customer sites.

  • Monitor usage, safety, and performance using digital tracking tools.

  • Coordinate vehicle assignments and movements to keep mobile repair units operational.

  • Work with garages, suppliers, and insurance partners to assist with servicing and repairs.

  • Maintain accurate digital records, including compliance, insurance, MOT, and maintenance logs.

  • Drive vans (up to 3.5T) across the UK to support tech teams.

Requirements:

Essential:

  • Full, clean UK driving licence.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Confident using MS Office and fleet or asset management tools.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and suppliers.

  • Calm under pressure, proactive, and reliable.

Desirable:

  • Experience in fleet management, logistics, or compliance.

  • Knowledge of MOT, insurance, and regulatory requirements.

  • Basic understanding of vehicle mechanics.

  • Background in mobile repair, engineering, or field operations.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary and benefits.

  • Dynamic, innovative, and supportive culture.

  • Growth opportunities through ongoing learning and development.

  • Free on-site parking and employee discounts.

  • Temp-to-perm role with potential for a permanent contract after successful completion of training.

  • Access to Acorn by Synergie worker rewards scheme, including discounts, vouchers, free competitions, and well-being portal.
