Production Operative

Winkleigh | £12.21 per hour + overtime | 8am-5pm | Monday - Friday | Temporary to Permanent

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a well-established engineering company based in Winkleigh.

This role offers full training and the opportunity to work within a hands-on production environment using fibre glass and resins to create a variety of products.

Key Duties:

• Laminating and tooling across a broad range of products.

• Checking information on drawings is clear.

• Helping to develop processes to improve quality and efficiency.

• Keeping all equipment maintained.

• Ensuring the department is kept clean and tidy.

• Preparing moulds.

• Using hand and power tools.

Requirements:

• Driving licence essential due to location.

• Previous production experience preferred, but full training will be provided.

• Knowledge of Health & Safety.

• Strong time management skills to organise work and meet deadlines.

• Ability to work independently following initial training and induction.

• £12.21 per hour plus overtime.

• Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.
