Where do I start?
When you first join us, you'll start as an Associate Recruitment Consultant — helping people who want a change in career and companies looking for new talent.
You'll take part in our 12-week training programme, learning the ropes of your sector, we work across many different sectors
As you develop, you'll advance through our Steps to Success programme - giving you peace of mind that your career is on the right track.
Do I need experience?
Most importantly, you'll have the drive to succeed in a recruitment and sales career.
You'll be keen to progress and learn new skills.
You're motivated by your own wins - happy to work to targets whilst still delivering a first-class service.
You'll be a star negotiator with a great understanding of business, people and selling.
Being on the phone won't phase you in the slightest, and your time management will be second to none.
